Learn Academy accepts enrollment requests throughout the year based on program availability.

There is an annual registration fee of $50 per child. Once enrollment has been confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable and covers the entire program year. If Learn Academy is unable to offer enrollment, the registration fee will be fully refunded.

Families will be notified once enrollment has been confirmed.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee will be applied to accounts with unpaid tuition after the 1st.

A 2.7% processing fee applies to online payments.

Monthly tuition reserves your child’s space at Learn Academy and is not prorated based on attendance. Reduced half-month tuition rates are offered only during August and December.

A 30-day notice is required for withdrawals or schedule changes. Without a 30-day notice, the full monthly tuition will apply.
