Learn Academy operates on a first-come, first-served basis for program enrollment. Registrations are accepted in the order they are received, and spots are filled accordingly. The adult registering is responsible for completing the registration process.

When registering, there’s a non-refundable annual fee of $50 per child. This fee covers the entire program year, with no deposit required.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee is automatically applied to accounts unpaid after the 1st.
All payments will incur a 2.7 % fee.
All cancellations must be submitted via email. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to learnacademy@learnacademyak.com stating the specific reason for the cancellations.
No refunds or credits for non-attendance, illness, vacation, or suspensions. No pro-rated, hourly, or daily rates available.
